Distribution Transformer Tank

In distribution transformers, the tank surfaces consist of corrugated wall panels that also serve as cooling surfaces. The tank’s base, walls, and frame are joined by welding.

Our production facilities manufacture tanks for distribution transformers that utilize corrugated wall panels as cooling surfaces.

Each tank, after welding is complete, is subjected to a pressure test by our expert team before painting.

Any weld leaks are detected and repaired.

Every completed tank and cover undergoes a sandblasting process.

The standard sandblasting procedure is carried out in accordance with DIN standards.

The exterior surfaces are painted using either flow coating or spray painting, in accordance with instructions and customer requirements, to achieve the desired corrosion resistance level.

We have the capability and capacity to manufacture tanks ranging from 25 kVA to 10 MVA.
